Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
